After contracting Graves Brothers Home Improvement for a complete roof tear-off and new gutter installation, they sent their lesser qualified(that’s according to their own roofing materials supplier- GAF) Oaks Roofing & Siding crew instead. Both companies, and several others, are owned by Kristopher Oaks of Brockport, NY.

It wasn’t until after the Oaks Roofing and Siding gutter crew did such an awful job a week later on the gutter installation that I decided to actually check these security feeds from the day of the roof installation.

Seeing one of the workers urinate at the entranceway to a path and then proceed to take photographs of more of my property was shocking to say the least. Then another worker is seen entering the scene at the end, to also take photographs. This spot is located about 150-feet from the worksite at my house.

Noone from Graves Brothers Home Improvement or Oaks Roofing and Siding have addressed this issue any of the times it has been brought up. At least three different employees had been directly notified of this issue.
