This roof was installed on August 1st, 2023 and became a leaking roof on or before February 17th, 2026- the date the leaks were discovered. That’s not even three whole years of leak-free roofing. There is no telling what’s going on underneath the rest of the roof that was installed by Oaks Roofing & Siding and Graves Brothers Home Improvement; two Oaks-Inc companies.
